All the details from the president’s budget provided in a digital format both through an interactive tool and through an excel-based report.
The product set includes data from the latest president’s budget for the investment accounts (procurement and RDT&E) for all of DoD. The budget justification books are scraped meticulously to provide the most granular level of detail possible in an organized and usable fashion.
Procurement Data
Data extracted form the procurement justification books includes information on every program regarding procurement funding amounts, procurement quantities, unit delivery forecasts, program descriptions, and other granular details where available. The categories for appropriations funding like what service and what budget activity pertain to each program are recorded and supplied as well.

Delivery Data
As part of the procurement data package, Tamarack Defense also provides the unit delivery quantities from the justification books in a digital format. The delivery schedules (DoD “P-21” exhibits) are provided in the justification books on a monthly basis across numerous pages making summarization painstaking and prone to error. By collecting the data automatically, delivery schedules are now available in the simplest form possible.

NRE Data
Data from the RDT&E justification books is extracted and provided in an organized format with details on the RDT&E level (6.1-6.8), the service, the program element, and the individual project, specific accomplishments, and planned projects.
