Intuitive Data Structure
We provide data at the platform level, with program-level views into delivery quantities and spending. Those views stay separate from the subsystem breakouts, so users can analyze a whole program or its individual subsystems without mixing the two. We separate deliveries from budget-year values, break procurement out from NRE and modifications, and assign a probability weighting to every program. We publish both factored and unfactored metrics.
